What you're buying
A personalised digital document: a Vedic birth reading of around twenty-five pages, prepared from the birth details you provide and delivered by email within 72 hours of a completed order. Most readings arrive sooner.
The nature of a reading
A reading is prepared for reflection and guidance. Astrology is offered as insight and tradition, not fact or prediction, and a reading is no substitute for medical, financial or legal advice from a qualified professional. We say this in the product because we mean it.
Cancellation
Because each reading is personalised digital content prepared to your specification, you consent at checkout to immediate supply and acknowledge that the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 is lost once preparation begins. Until preparation begins you may cancel by replying to your confirmation email.
Vouchers
Voucher codes purchased through deal platforms (Groupon, Wowcher) are subject to that platform's own terms and expiry. Each code redeems exactly one reading. Refunds on voucher purchases are handled by the platform you bought from.
If something goes wrong
If your reading doesn't arrive within 72 hours, or arrives with a defect (wrong birth details through our error, missing pages), reply to any of our emails and we'll re-prepare it or refund the purchase, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
Accuracy of your inputs
The reading is computed from the details you give us. If the birth time you provide is approximate or unknown, the reading says so and is prepared by the honest method described on the order form; that is not a defect.
